I had a magic wand session with Ben. My key takeaway from the session was to "delegate" this is something that has always been difficult for me, but I took this advice on board and since delegating and rethinking the way my practice runs and who does what work the productivity has increased, processes are more streamlined and the profit has increased and I am doing less work than before! I would highly recommend this to anyone who is navigating running a firm and what their next steps should be as the insight into the business is invaluable and it shifted my view on areas to focus on that i had not thought of.

I engaged Lawganised to complete a compressive review of my law firm and I was extremely happy with the results. My main focus of the review was benchmarking and productivity. The review was completed efficiently by skilled practitioners who genuinely cared about my business. The report was comprehensive and gave me lots of things to think about and great recommendations for improvement. The way Erin and Ben interviewed my staff was friendly and engaging but purposeful. My staff actively engaged in the process because of Lawganised's careful approach. Both Erin and Ben gave great advice but more importantly great comfort to me at a time when I needed support.
